Your private car will collect you from your hotel and transfer you to the wonderful ancient village of Mazzano (1 hour from Rome). You will make your way to a lavish local garden and farm abounding with fresh vegetables, spices and eggs. Take time to pick all the ingredients necessary to create the menu you will be preparing for your cooking lesson.

Then meet your excellent chef who will guide you through the lesson, step by step for each menu item. You will use methods that you will be able to recreate at home. From appetizers to the first course, second course and finishing with desert completing a typical Italian meal.

Then relax and enjoy your meal with local wine in the wonderful countryside before your return to Rome.

Our two tours (Palatine, Forum, Coliseum; Vatican, Sistine Chapel) were excellent. Our guide Carlotta (for both tours) was extremely knowledgeable and informative, spoke good English with a charming accent and kept everyone from getting lost. The only negative was that the transmitter for the voice units didn't work very well on the Vatican tour, but Carlotta still made it a great tour. The buses were clean and comfortable and the driver/s was/were very expert. I would definitely book with Odyssey on future trips.
