Tour Tips

Please wear comfortable shoes as there is walking involved.

In the hot summer months it is a good idea to bring bottled water and wear a hat as there is not a lot of shade.

My husband and I took this tour during our honeymoon. We booked the Illuminated Rome walking tour, which is a great nighttime walk and a wonderful introduction to Rome. A great way to get acquainted with the city layout and know where the main sites are. Our tour was pretty basic, as far as the information told to us on the tour. It was a great length tour (about 2.5 hours +) but we would have liked more history of the sites and areas. Great small group with two other couples.
